Plan Change from BSNL Broadband plan Home 250 to Home 500C

For sometime now, I am not happy with the 1GB free bandwidth that is available with the HOME 250 plan of BSNL Broadband. This is because my aunt sends the photos of my cousin via E-mail and it takes a lot of bandwidth to download them. ( It took around 150MB to download around 60 photos yesterday and nowadays digital cameras have high resolution and it affects the file size very much.)

So I decided to change my broadband plan from Home250 to Home500C. Home 500C is a combo plan which changes the broadband plan as well as the existing phone plan. For Rs.500 a month we get 1.5GB free bandwidth, 175 free calls and the landline plan will be shifted to the OneIndia Plan. I think it is advantageous than the previous plan in which we had only 125 calls free and the plan rent was Rs.250.

I have submitted a written application in the Telephone Exchange asking for a plan change from the Home 250 to Home 500C. They have also told me that the plan change will take effect from the first of next month.
